Fund Finance Lawyer (Senior Associate 4+ PQE): We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Corporate Finance offering in the City of London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and high-value financings, within a team that is recognised globally. This senior position sits within a broad finance team, but the team would like an individual to ideally have gained strong experience in Fund Finance or ‘Special Situations’, relating to equity-backed financings/margin lending and/or financial restructuring. Within Fund Finance, their work includes NAV, subscription line/capital call and more. This position is ideally suited to an individual with: 4+ years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London as listed above) Training or experience with another leading City of London law firm You will receive market-leading training and high levels of exposure and partner contact within a collaborative and well-supported team, which boasts an enviable support function of Knowledge Lawyers and other support. In addition, you will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus package.
