You’ll work across some of the world’s most innovative sectors including EV, battery tech, and clean energy. You’ll have the autonomy to carve out your own vertical market, build a high-performing desk, and grow a team around it, with full support from our leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client ManagementIdentify and secure new client partnerships across new mobility, vehicle tech, and renewable energyDeliver tailored recruitment solutions: contingent, retained, or project-basedConduct meetings, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycleAttend industry conferences and international business tripsCandidate Search & Talent DeliveryHeadhunt and qualify high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and the CRMPresent shortlist packs with detailed insight and interview feedbackOwn the end-to-end process from first contact to offer negotiation and onboardingMarket Intelligence & Internal GrowthStay on top of industry trends and talent shiftsBuild talent pipelines in specialist marketsMaintain accurate CRM data and contribute to internal projects and trainingWhat We’re Looking For12–24 months’ experience in 360 recruitment or salesProven track record of billing consistently and winning new clientsAble to present a clear strategic plan for building a desk in our existing markets or a new niche you’re passionate aboutCommercially aware, target-driven, and naturally competitiveStrong communicator, persuasive, articulate, and confidentProactive and organised, with excellent attention to detailWhat You'll GetUp to 40% commission with no threshold, earning from your first deal.Direct mentorship from our co-founders and top billers.Clear progression path to building your own desk and/or team.Incentive trips, including international conferences and Winners Club.Ongoing L&D, leadership training, and exposure to global markets.Ready to build something of your own in a fast-moving, high-growth firm?We want to hear from ambitious recruiters who are serious about accelerating their career.
