Account Director – UK Public Sector (Justice Focus)The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Director to lead and grow strategic relationships across the UK Public Sector, with a strong focus on the Justice sector.This is a senior, client-facing position, responsible for managing major public sector accounts, engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes. You’ll work across initiatives involving cloud, data, and AI, helping clients modernise operations and achieve measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with deep knowledge of the Justice sector, ideally with direct experience working with the Ministry of Justice or equivalent public sector bodies. This role covers UK-based public sector clients, including central government, the Justice Department, and wider public services. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic relationships across major public sector accounts, with particular focus on Justice clientsDevelop and execute account strategies to align with client priorities and objectivesIdentify and convert new opportunities within existing accountsEngage at senior and executive levels to understand business challenges and align technology solutionsCollaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful programme outcomesMaintain oversight of account performance, pipeline, and forecasts Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within the UK public sectorStrong knowledge of the Justice sector, ideally with direct Ministry of Justice experienceEstablished relationships with senior stakeholders across government or public service organisationsExperience leading large-scale engagements and managing multi-million-pound portfoliosExceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at executive levelBackground in senior account leadership or client director roles within a consulting or technology services environmentStrategic thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities and growing long-term partnerships The PackageBase salary: £100,000 – £120,000Double OTEPerformance-related bonuses and incentivesFlexible working arrangementsComprehensive benefits including healthcare, pension, and wellbeing initiativesRecognition schemes, annual awards, and career progression opportunities
