Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Location: Sunderland Pay: £90–£110 per day Contract: Full-TimeThis Behaviour Support TA role is based in a specialist setting supporting pupils who have struggled in mainstream education.You’ll work with young people who need structure, boundaries and adults they can trust. Progress may be gradual, but it is meaningful.Key responsibilities: • Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs • Helping manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies • Supporting pupils during lessons and unstructured times • Encouraging emotional regulation and reflection • Being a consistent, reliable presence each dayIdeal for someone with experience in SEN, youth work, care or behaviour support.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
