CleanerWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00am – 5:00pmLocation: Inner London (Zones 1–4, mostly)Daily travel by public transport is required and will be reimbursed monthly.Salary capabilities: £23,000 – £36,000About the RoleWe are a busy and friendly lettings company looking for experienced Cleaners to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning.You will be responsible for cleaning communal and individual rooms in our HMO rental properties that are either being prepared for new tenants, returned to landlords, or deep cleaned at client request. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential, as you will regularly interact with clients and tenants.Key Responsibilities Clean multiple properties per day to a high standard, including: Communal areas and hallwaysKitchens and kitchen appliancesBedrooms, bathrooms, and en-suites Carry out deep cleans for: Properties returning to the marketEnd-of-tenancy cleans Travel daily between properties using public transportUse a company mobile phone to record video timestamps of completed workPhoto and Video-tag properties on arrival and upon completion for daily job reportsUse of various company portals and apps for reports and communicationCarry company-supplied cleaning productsUse PPE as per Health & Safety requirements and instructionReport any issues identified at properties to the Property Management team Skills & Experience Required Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)Good at English, and able to communicateAbility to work efficiently under pressureStrong attention to detailAble to use technology; mobile phone apps, portals, Outlook, Teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, flexible, and professional at all times What We’re Looking ForThis is a demanding role in a busy environment.
