The Role: Senior Vehicle Technician We are seeking a master Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Grays to handle the most challenging diagnostic and repair work across all vehicle brands. You will be a technical leader in the workshop, working autonomously or collaborating with colleagues. Your Contribution & Responsibilities: Performing complex repairs and maintenance across all brands and types of Vehicle Technician work. Specialising in major components, including performing complete engine rebuilds. Working extensively on turbos and providing specialist Mechanic skills across the workshop. Taking the lead on guiding and supporting less experienced colleagues. Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency in Grays. What You'll Bring To step into this senior role in Grays, you must demonstrate deep, proven expertise: Exceptional experience working on all vehicle types as a Vehicle Mechanic. Proven experience specifically working on engine rebuilds. Extensive hands-on experience working on turbos.
