Cover Supervisors Required - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.We are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Cheltenham. Positions are available to start immediately on a short-term, long-term, part-time, or full-time basis, offering excellent flexibility.The RoleCover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are absent. Responsibilities include:* Delivering pre-prepared lesson material to classes* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies* Supporting pupils to remain focused and engaged in their learning* Ensuring a safe and productive learning environmentWorking Hours & Pay* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm* From £100 - £150 per day depending on experience* Flexibility to choose the days you are available from 3-5 days!Requirements* Minimum of A-level qualifications (or equivalent) but a degree is preferred* Strong communication and organisational skills* Confidence to lead and manage groups of students* A professional and proactive attitude towards supporting educationWhat We Offer* Flexible working to suit your availability* A variety of placements across supportive schools in Cheltenham* Valuable classroom experience for those considering a career in teaching* Opportunities for progression and further training For further information call Michelle on 0117 301 7578 or email michelle.withers@twrecruitment.com
