About the RoleVenture-People offer outreach support and housing solutions to individuals with a mental health need, maximizing their independence with the right support at the right time. We work in a person-centred and recovery focused approach, steeped in therapeutic optimism.We are looking for Recovery Workers who will make up a growing team within Mid Sussex and the surrounding areas.Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team and a chance to get involved in this exciting service from the ground up.Job OpportunityResponsibilities and DutiesYour role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.You should have an enthusiasm and interest in working within the mental health sector with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
