Description: Controlling (CO) Process Consultant assisting in the design and optimization of controlling processes, focusing on Project System (PS), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). - Conduct workshops as a controlling process expert, including preparation, execution, follow-ups, and documentation of to-be processes and gap analysis. - Ensure seamless integration of controlling processes with FI, SD, MM, and other relevant modules. - Financial and management /KPI reporting. Topics include: - Project System (PS): Cost planning, budget control, and project settlement. - Profit Center Accounting (PCA): Structuring, reporting, and financial integration. - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA): Revenue and cost allocation, margin analysis, and reporting.
