And now we’re looking for more brilliant people to join us on our journey!About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Marketing Data Analyst, who is excited about Plum’s mission, to join our Marketing team. You will help expand the value we deliver across Plum through data-driven decision making.What you’ll be doingProvide data support across the Marketing Team, with an increased focus on performance and lifecycle marketingLead insights projects around return-on-investment, segmentation and produce actionable analysesOwn measurement & attribution: you will collaborate with marketing team on how to track and quantify the growth different channels drive and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effectsBuild and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbRequirementsWhat We Look ForYou are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Plum’s mission!You have a proven track-record of 2+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, ideally in a marketing teamYou are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speedYou have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R.
