Job Title: PE (Physical Education) Teacher Location: Sheffield (S11) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-timeAre you enthusiastic about promoting physical wellbeing and encouraging pupils to stay active and motivated?GSL Education are hiring a PE Teacher to teach within schools in Sheffield’s S11 district, providing structured lessons that build confidence and support healthy living.As a PE (Physical Education) Teacher, you will promote participation, teamwork, and resilience through diverse physical activities, creating a positive environment where pupils build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy staying active.Responsibilities: Deliver well-organised physical education lessons suited to different abilities.Promote teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour during activities.Support pupils in developing coordination, fitness, and confidence.Maintain a safe and well-managed learning environment.Monitor progress and encourage personal improvement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.Experience working confidently as a PE Teacher.Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.A clear understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
