Why You’ll Love This Role As an HLTA, you’ll be a key player in delivering tailored learning experiences for pupils aged 4–11 years old with diverse needs, including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges.You will: Lead small group interventions and support whole-class learning.Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment where every child can succeed.
