SEND Teaching Assistant – Bradford Bradford £90 – £105 per day Full-Time | Long-Term | Day-to-Day & Temp-to-Perm OpportunitiesA warm, inclusive specialist school in Bradford is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs including ASC, MLD, SEMH and complex learning profiles. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive and confident working with children who need structure, consistency and emotional support.Role Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and group support tailored to individual learning plans Assist with communication strategies (visual supports, Makaton, PECS) Support behaviour regulation and promote positive routines Work closely with class teachers, therapists and the SENCO Help create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment Support personal care or mobility needs when required Ideal Candidate ✔ Experience in SEND, schools, care, youth work or similar ✔ Confident supporting behaviour and emotional needs ✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply) ✔ Reliable, patient, and able to use initiative ✔ Full-time availability Apply now to join a supportive Bradford setting making a real impact every day.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
