Start Date: January 2026Location: Primary School in FleetwoodRole: 2 x Teaching Assistants (Full-Time)Specialism: Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dedicated SEN unitTeaching Personnel is seeking two passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Fleetwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need additional support.About the Role Work within the school’s SEN unit, supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help children access learning and develop social and emotional skills.Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and create a positive, inclusive environment. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings).Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to individual needs.A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.
