SEN Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties:
Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' specific needsAssist students in improving their academic performance and achieving their learning goalsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students effectivelyMonitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
Required Qualifications:
A recognised teaching qualificationExperience working with students with SENExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:
At least 2 years of experience working with students with SENKnowledge and Skills:
Understanding of SEN requirements and best practisesStrong organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in Special EducationExperience using assistive technology to support student learning
Working Conditions:
Part-time hours, flexible scheduleWork primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centresPossibility of working with students of varying ages and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
