You will be working closely supporting teachers and within a multi-disciplinary team to create a safe, supportive environment where every child, particularly those with SEND needs or English as an additional language, has the chance to succeed.Some Key Responsibilities: Working with students 1:1 and in group settings to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where they can flourish. Adapt learning activities and resources to meet diverse student needs.Helping to implement behaviour support plans and encourage positive coping strategies.Build strong trusting relationships with students to encourage confidence and resilience.And more!!! The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with challenging behaviours and specific learning disabilities.A calm, patient, and resilient approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyA genuine passion for supporting children and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
