This position would be ideal for someone who thrives in a lively environment and wants to create an impact on the pupils learning and wellbeing.Experience isn’t essential - just the right attitude, willingness to learn and confidence to get involved.Key Responsibilities Supporting the teacher with lesson preparation and deliveryProvide 1:1 or small group mentoring to those with ALN/SEN and other complex needsUse your sporty background to your advantage to keep the pupils engaged and motivated to learnAssist the class teacher with daily tasks and small group activitiesPromote a healthy, safe and nurturing environmentPromote positive behaviour and help pupils regulate during challenging situations The Ideal Candidate will have/be: Active, enthusiastic and enjoys getting involvedExperience playing a sport or activityStrong behaviour management and confident in providing 1:1 supportExperience in youth work, mentoring or education support roles (preferred but not essential)A compassionate and easily approachable individual who’s able to build relationships and trust.Hold a full UK driving licenseHave an enhanced DBS child only (or able to obtain one) What We Offer Ongoing training – CPD opportunities and professional supportA rewarding and meaningful role where you can make a differenceFlexible full-time or part-time schedules If you think you are the right fit for this role then we would love to hear from you!
