Art Teacher- Part time- Solihull- January 2026 Are you a qualified Art teacher seeking a new venture for January?Do you want the flexibility of working part time? We are in collaboration with an OFSTED rated "Good" school based in the heart of Solihull to appoint an Art teacher on a part time basis in January. You will be working for 3 days a week up untill the end of the academic year.The school is renowned for its excellent classroom behaviour and supportive network of staff. Important information:Rate of pay: £165-220 (per day, dependent upon pay scale)Hours: Part time x3 days a week Location: Solihull, B92Start date: January 2026 Ideal Person Specification:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Bachelors degree in ArtPrevious experience teaching Art & Design within a UK secondary schoolExcellent classroom presence and classroom management skillsFantastic subject knowledgeAble to teach different abilities and adapt to suit learning styles within the class You will be expected to:Plan and deliver engaging Art & Design classes to a range of year groups and abilitiesRegularly assess the progress of pupilsProvide insightful feedback to support pupils with their learning and developmentCollaborate with colleagues with the Art/Design departmentsMaintain committed to safeguarding and follow schools policies and procedures at all timesCommunicate effectively with staff, pupils and parentsCreate a safe, positive learning environment for children of all abilities to thrive and to be able to express themselves through art If this sounds like the role for you, please contact Molly on or send your up-to-date CV to ASAP!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
