Teaching Assistant – KS2 (Y3/Y4)Location: Preston (PR1) Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:30pmWe are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Preston, supporting a mixed Year 3/Year 4 class. This is a general classroom support role, working closely with the class teacher to ensure pupils thrive academically and socially.Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.Assist individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Support with classroom management and behaviour strategies. Requirements: Experience supporting children in KS2 is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.A proactive and caring approach to supporting children’s learning.
