We are looking for tutors able to provide face to face tuition for vulnerable pupils in Towcester and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a tutor who can support for a minimum of 5/10 hours per week (flexible) with a view to increase if needed.As a 1:1 LAC tutor you will need to plan, develop and provide individualised programmes for students.The role of a LAC Tutor: Providing 1:1 support in core subjects (Maths, English or Primary)Planning individualised programmes of learningTutoring within the home environmentWork with varied ages and abilitiesSupport pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.Full time & part time hours available What you will need to be considered for the LAC Tutor role: A Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalentExperience with primary or secondary aged children (minimum of two years)Enthusiastic, engaging & friendly.Ability to adapt tutoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.Knowledge of the UK educational system and curriculum.
