SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Blackpool Position: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: BlackpoolStart Date: January 2026Contract: Full-time, ongoingTeaching Personnel is looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive primary school in Blackpool. This role involves working closely with pupils who have additional needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing environment.Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.Assisting the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet individual needs.Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Ideal candidate: Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are advantageous.
