This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates and unqualified teachers who are looking to gain first-hand experience in a secondary school setting and take a step towards a career in education.As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting pupils with varying abilities while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
