Attendance Manager – Secondary School Location: Daventry Contract: Full Time Start Date: January 2026 Agency: Teaching PersonnelTeaching Personnel are working in partnership with a school in Daventry to recruit an experienced and dedicated Attendance Manager for a full-time role starting January 2026.This is a key pastoral role, ideal for someone passionate about improving attendance, engagement, and outcomes for young people.The Role:
Monitor and manage whole-school attendance and punctuality
Analyse attendance data and identify patterns of concern
Work closely with students, parents/carers, and staff to improve attendance
Lead attendance interventions and support plans
Liaise with external agencies where required
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and attendance regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an attendance, pastoral, or school-based role
Strong understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
