Position: Teaching AssiatantLocation: Canterbury, Kent Contract Type: Full-time, long term (Temp to perm is possible) Salary: £80 -£120 a day Hours: 8:30-15:30 Mon-Fri Do you want to make a difference as a Teaching Assistant?We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant within the heart of Ashford. Role and Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles. Assisting the Class Teacher in creating and implementing tailored learning plans. Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews. Participating in training and professional development opportunities. Build great rapport with the children and staff Experience and Requirements: Experience in a similar role A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students. Reflective, quick to learn, and confident in taking initiative A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
