You’ll handle sales and lettings activity, deliver excellent service, and support the manager in growing and developing the businessWe are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join an independent agency in Colliers Wood.Whether you bring combined experience or expertise in one discipline with the ambition to learn the other, your enthusiasm, drive, and client focus will be central to your success. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while building strong relationships and representing the company with professionalism.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing enquiries and conducting viewings for both sales and lettingsNegotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completionAdvising clients throughout the sales and lettings processBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenantsWorking towards agreed targets and KPIsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring complianceSupporting the wider team with general office and property-related tasks What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential sales and lettings (or strong experience in one and willingness to learn the other)Confident negotiation and selling abilityStrong understanding of relevant processes and legislationExcellent customer service and communication skillsProfessional and confident telephone mannerAmbitious, proactive, and well presentedKnowledge of Colliers Wood and surrounding areas is beneficialFull UK driving licence essentialProfessional approach to estate agency and client care What's In It For You?
