A perfect opportunity to enjoy a role combining viewings, client interaction, and upselling services with strong earning potential.We are recruiting on behalf of an established independent estate agency with several local offices.This role is ideal for a property professional who thrives on client interaction, exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyersGenerate market appraisals and provide accurate property valuationsPromote and upsell additional services offered by the agencyDeliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationshipsUndertake administrative tasks related to sales transactionsWork towards and strive to exceed individual and branch sales targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience as a residential estate agent; Senior level candidates encouraged to applyExcellent sales ability and customer service skillsPositive attitude with a professional telephone mannerWell-presented, ambitious, and self-motivatedKnowledge of the Camberley area advantageousFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essentialThorough, professional approach to estate agency practices What's In It For You?
