The role will involve managing landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring properties are maintained and compliant throughout the tenancy lifecycle.This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent residential lettings agency in Ripley. Initially offered as maternity cover, there is potential for the role to continue longer term.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a residential lettings portfolioActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsHandling maintenance issues and coordinating contractorsEnsuring legal compliance and up-to-date property documentationManaging tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outsResolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationshipsDelivering a high standard of customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property managementStrong customer service and communication skillsCalm and professional approach under pressureExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesConfident team player with a positive attitudeAbility to build rapport quickly with landlords and tenantsWillingness to stay up to date with legislation and trainingFull UK driving licence and car owner essentialARLA qualification advantageous What's In It For You?
