You’ll be part of a professional, customer-focused business where success is recognised and rewarded.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering applicants and matching them to suitable propertiesArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between buyers and vendorsProgressing agreed sales through to completionBuilding strong client relationships and maintaining regular contactSupporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targetsDelivering high standards of customer service throughout the process What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident, articulate, and customer-service focusedSmart, professional presentation and mannerAmbitious, driven, and results-orientedKnowledge of Leatherhead and the surrounding area desirableFull UK driving licence essential; own car preferredProfessional approach with a genuine interest in property What's In It For You?
