Warehouse Operative - Picking & Packing (Medical Products) Location: Banbury Pay Rate: Days - 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 = £13.07 The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing medical products with accuracy and care. Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and healthcare providers. Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards. Using scanning systems and paperwork to complete orders. Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Skills & Experience Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience is desirable. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products. Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
