Key Responsibilities Take strategic ownership of the entire SDR new business channel, with the freedom to define and implement your vision for success Lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team. Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to ensure the teams success. Design and execute a data driven outbound strategy. Create a collaborative culture. Partner with internal teams, such as sales and marketing to create a seamless alignment on messaging and campaigns. Track performance and coach for success using KPIs to exceed targets. Forecast pipeline. Act as a strategic leader. The ideal candidate will have: Leadership Experience: At least five years experience in an SDR role and two years of experience managing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets. Innovative and Driven: Skilled in analysing metrics, refining strategies, and continuously improving outcomes. People-Oriented: Able to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture. Create an environment where the team enjoys working together and sharing best practices.
