Consultant - Industrial / Recruitment Team Location: Poole Salary: £35,000 basic plus commission We're looking for a motivated and proactive Consultant to join our busy Industrial team at TeamJobs. This role combines account management, sales, and candidate engagement, perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day supporting a high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service Sales activities including qualifying and following up on leads Taking on-call phone responsibilities Supporting payroll (experience not essential) Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates Driving business growth through excellent client and candidate engagement What We're Looking For Full driving license and willingness to travel as required Positive, can-do attitude and proactive approach Confident phone manner and comfortable speaking with clients and candidates Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment Previous recruitment or account management experience is advantageous but not essential Why Join TeamJobs?
