HR AdministratorLocation: Head Office, Chesterfield Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday Pay: £26,453.70 per annumJob Ref: ZR523 Are you passionate about people and providing a high-quality recruitment experience? We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and support our continued growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, high-quality and responsive recruitment service across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of client recruitment needs, ensuring personalised support throughout the process.Support the wider team and assist with recruitment and general tasks when neededCreate and publish engaging job adverts across various platforms.Monitor and screen incoming applications against the required criteria.Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.Liaise with clients and families to provide timely updates on recruitment progress.Carry out all pre-employment checks including:Creating offer letters and calculating annual leave entitlements.Obtaining references.Collecting and processing employment documents.Coordinating DBS and Right to Work checks.Conducting ID verification checks.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.Respond promptly and professionally to queries regarding current vacancies.Assist the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead with administrative tasks as requested.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and meet agreed timescales.To ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010, CQC, GDPR and confidentiality is maintained at all times.RequirementsQualifications and Experience:ü Previous experience of working in a busy office environmentü Exceptional organisational and communication skillsü A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesü Confidence in using IT, Office Suite, recruitment platforms and digital toolsü Commitment to delivering a professional and supportive candidate experienceü Excellent telephone mannerü Understanding of confidentiality and GDPRü Team player with a friendly and supportive attitudeü Desirable: Experience of working within health or social careü Desirable: Experience of working in a recruitment or HR support roleü Desirable: CIPD Level 3, or working towardsBenefitsJoin a Team That CaresAt HomeCareDirect, we are committed to safe, fair recruitment and ensuring all staff are vetted, trained, and supervised to the highest standards.
