SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT – HAYES Make a real impact, every single day Are you someone who enjoys helping children succeed, grow, and feel confident? A welcoming primary school in Hayes is looking for a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a positive and inclusive environment.Your role will include: • Supporting pupils individually and in small groups • Assisting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties • Helping adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored supportWhat we’re looking for: ✔ Experience working with SEN pupils or in a primary school setting ✔ Knowledge of inclusive learning strategies ✔ A patient, caring, and flexible approach ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)What’s on offer: A supportive school team, ongoing training, and the chance to do meaningful work every day.
