Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced Home Manager to manage a purpose built nursing and residential home specialising in dementia care in the Blackburn area. A great opportunity for experienced and caring home manager to join a values based care provider in a well performing home. Our client is seeking an experienced manager who is motivated by achieving the very highest standards of care for older people Requirements: General management experience coupled with a passion for elderly care Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines Experience of leading, supporting and developing care teams Strong planning and organisational skills that deliver high quality care outcomes Budget management experience Experienced in leading teams in delivering personalised dementia care Creative, caring, innovative and passionate about high quality care Responsibilities include: Registered Manager CQC Registration Reporting to Directors Regular audit to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well and that there is a consistent delivery of person-centred care to every resident Leadership and management of all recruitment, supervision and professional development for all roles within the home Ensure effective communication with residents, relatives, staff and other healthcare professionals Budget management working to financial KPIs to achieve growth and commercial success Contract, Remuneration and benefits: £70,000 - £75,000pa NEG/DOE 40hrs per week Annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays Please contact Karen at Bright Selection for more information.
