We Are Hiring!Circet UK is currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our Team!The chosen candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimation across a range of projects in the following Business Units:1. Transport Technology 2. Fixed Telecoms 3. Wireless 4. PowerKey responsibilities include: Cost Analysis: reviewing and analysing project plans and client requirements/documents to calculate the costs of labour, plant, materials and project overheads. Cost Modeling: using cost modeling techniques to consider the impact of factors such as inflation, exchange rates, and risk on the overall commercial offering. Data Gathering: research costs, obtain quotes from suppliers, and analyse data to inform estimates and commence the procurement process. Proposal Development: contribute to the development of proposals by providing cost estimates and budget information. Cost Tracking and Monitoring: working with Commercial colleagues to review actual costs during the project lifecycle assisting to ensure that projects stay within budget and providing insight and intelligence into future bids Risk Assessment: assess potential risks to Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Industry applicable qualification 2+ years of experience estimating within the telecoms/utilities/construction industry Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of planning and construction/telecoms activitiesand contracts. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail and commercial insight
