Commercial Engineer - Permanent Role Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £47,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Recruiting on behalf of our established manufacturing client The Best Connection is seeking a Commercial Engineer to join a precision engineering leader in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering excellent benefits and long-term development. The Role Produce accurate customer quotations using best-practice estimating methods. Lead and coordinate estimating activities across the team. Provide commercial support for engineering Cost of Sales (COS). Analyse COS data to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives and documentation updates. Estimate CNC machined parts and prepare costings for new business. Work with Supply Chain to source materials to customer specification. What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of precision engineering processes, tooling and fixtures. Experience delivering cost-saving initiatives. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator and collaborative team player. Proactive, accurate and quality driven.
