Business Studies Teacher – Secondary (Middlesbrough) Location: Middlesbrough Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Supply / Long-term Start Date: ASAPProtocol Education is working with secondary schools across Middlesbrough to recruit a Business Studies Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4. This role is suitable for QTS-qualified teachers, ECTs, and experienced cover supervisors or teaching assistants with strong Business Studies subject knowledge.The Role: Deliver engaging and well-structured Business Studies lessons, covering key topics such as enterprise, finance, marketing, and economics. Provide effective classroom cover when required. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students. Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive learning environment. Support students in developing analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or has relevant classroom experience in Business Studies (teachers, cover supervisors, or TA cover). Confident teaching Business Studies across KS3–KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential). Strong subject knowledge and the ability to link learning to real-world business contexts.
