Job DescriptionPortico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at the Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.
As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app.Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri
