Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our progressive client in Salisbury who are actively recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities : Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and mortgages Compiling and sending out draft contract papers Drafting AP1's and TR1's Requesting searches Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements What you will need to succeed: Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc Excellent organisational skills What you will receive in return: Competitive salary Monday to Friday full - time 100% office based 25 days holiday plus BHs with opportunity to accrue additional days Comprehensive training and progression available Employee discount scheme A great opportunity to play a key part in the firm What you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact sarah.collins @thrivegroup.co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
