You will ensure students stay on task with the work set and help maintain a positive learning environment. This is an ideal stepping stone for those interested in teaching, youth work, or school-based careers.Key Responsibilities Supervising lessons across a range of subjects Ensuring students remain engaged with the work set Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Providing feedback to teaching staff Building confidence and rapport with students No Experience?
