Teaching Assistant We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team from January 2026. This role involves supporting pupils across all ages and a wide range of needs, working closely with teaching staff to provide an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils individually and in small groups across different age ranges Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation Supporting pupils with additional, behavioural, and learning needs Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive setting About the Role: Start date: January 2026 Hours: Full-time (job share considered) A walk-around of the setting can be arranged prior to appointment The Ideal Candidate: Patient, adaptable, and compassionate Comfortable working with pupils of varying ages and abilities Able to work well as part of a team Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential If you are passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive and would like to join a welcoming and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
