Transport Planner Magherafelt £42,500 + Bonus + BenefitsIf you're an experienced Transport Planner seeking a new challenge within a leading temperature-controlled logistics operation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business recognised for operational excellence and continued growth.Working within a small, experienced team, you'll coordinate chilled and frozen deliveries across Ireland and the UK, ensuring routes are optimised and customer service standards remain exceptional. You'll also provide out-of-hours phone cover on a rotational basis, with all calls managed remotely.The RolePlan and coordinate UK & Ireland routes and vehicle allocationsManage driver schedules while monitoring WTD and complianceLiaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal warehousing teamsRespond to operational issues and provide weekend/on-call phone support (1 in 4)Maintain efficiency and service levels across time-critical chilled/frozen loadsMonday - Friday, 8am - 6pmYou Will Need:Minimum 3 years' experience in Transport PlanningBackground in temperature-controlled or FMCG logistics preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay calm under pressure and think on your feetProfessional approach to driver and customer relationships What's in it for you?Competitive salaryAdditional weekend/on-call allowancesPension schemeCareer development within a growing logistics group If you're ready to take the next step in your transport career, click APPLY NOW!
