This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants experience in an educational environment.Key Responsibilities Cover Supervisor responsibilities include: Supervising classes across a variety of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and follow school policies. Supporting students with learning tasks and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Collecting and returning completed work to teaching staff as required. Managing behaviour effectively, maintaining health and safety standards. Providing feedback to teachers on student engagement and completed work. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a Cover Supervisor who: Has experience working in a school or educational setting (teaching experience is an advantage but not essential). Is confident managing groups of students aged 11‑16. Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Can follow lesson plans and deliver instructions clearly.
