We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our friendly commercial team in Aldershot. Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be responsible for ensuring financial cost contract, contract compliance an smooth project delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company working on projects valued up to £5 million.What will you be doing?Manage all additional works on projects across our housing divisionPrepare and submit quotes and measures using NHF schedule of ratesSupport tendering and contract management processes in line with the NEC contractsProduce costs and manage subcontractor accounts including valuations and final accountsMaintain project trackers and final account targets ensuring timely billing and reportingLiaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to secure approvals and ensure smooth delivery of projectsWhat are we looking for?Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to complete and pass security vettingWhat we offer:Salary between £35,000 - £50,000 per annumFree on site parkingSupportive and friendly office teamHealth and Wellbeing DiscountsReferral SchemeEmployee Assistance Programme (provides 24/7 legal, financial and wellbeing support)Training and development within a growing company and opportunities to obtain further qualificationsApplications will be reviewed from 2nd January 2026Why join Antac?Antac are a national organisation providing a range of high quality services to various clients across the UK.
