Building Services Revit Technician - Harrogate Salary: £30,000-£45,000 (DOE) Hybrid Available | Growing Consultancy | Major UK Project Portfolio About the Company: The consultancy specialises in high-rise commercial residential developments, student accommodation, and build-to-rent schemes, working directly with developers and contractors from early design stages right through to handover.Their project portfolio includes a completed high-rise design in Leeds, a large riverside scheme in Newcastle, and major residential developments in Canary Wharf, Stratford, Tottenham and Manchester.Alongside their core residential work, they are also developing stronger partnerships with clients in the non domestic sector, leading to opportunities in new build schools, office buildings, and refurbishment projects. About the Role: This role focuses on producing high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP services and contributing to the BIM strategy across projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and well-coordinated designs, supporting project delivery from start to finish. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain client-facing experience, and contribute to the growth of a young, ambitious consultancy. About You: You will ideally have strong experience as a Revit Technician within the MEP or building services sector, with proficiency in Revit and Navisworks and the ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models. Experience supporting clash detection, model reviews, and preparing drawings and schedules is highly valuable, as is confidence liaising with clients and project stakeholders.Even if you do not tick every box, the consultancy is keen to hear from passionate and motivated Revit Technicians looking to develop their skills and progress their careers.
