Join Vision for Education in making a real difference!We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant for a rewarding full-time role at a well-established special needs school in Norwich.About the Role 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailored learning materials.Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities ready to begin right away! What We’re Looking For Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment is essential.Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check. *All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.What we offerAs a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
