Residential Property Conveyancer/ParalegalLocation: MansfieldSalary: From £30,000 (DOE)Contract: Full-time, PermanentA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Property team.The Role:You'll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters – from sales and purchases to exchanges and completions – with the support of a dedicated administrative and legal team. This role offers excellent scope to develop your technical skills and progress within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactionsDrafting and preparing contracts, agreements and other legal documentsLiaising with clients, agents and other parties to ensure smooth progress of filesHandling exchanges, completions and related post-completion workAssisting with new business enquiries and client onboarding About You: Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential)Qualified (NQ Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent) or qualified by experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented and proactiveStrong IT skills, ideally with experience using case management systems What's on Offer?
