The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of all pupils, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.About the role The role involves supporting pupils’ academic progress, assisting with classroom management, and providing targeted support for individuals or small groups, including children with SEND or additional learning needs.
