Learning Support Assistants – Make a Real Difference in Merton Do you have a calm approach, a big heart, and a knack for connecting with young people who see the world a little differently?We’re looking for patient, emotionally intelligent Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with SEMH needs in primary and secondary schools across Merton. These roles are all about helping children feel safe, seen, and supported so they can engage in learning—on their terms.You’ll be that steady presence in the classroom, building trust, encouraging self-belief, and supporting emotional regulation. It’s challenging at times, but the impact?
