Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance including toileting, feeding, and hygiene support. Support pupils with mobility and physical needs throughout the school day. Assist in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils. Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual care plans. Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all pupils. Requirements: Experience providing personal care in an educational or care setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils with additional needs. Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
